Welcome to the coaches corner for the 2023 season!
With Junior games starting this week, it is time to focus on our basics, then we can get to the tricky stuff in a few weeks time!
We have four videos to show you this time.
Kids - Watch these and practise them at home! Get someone around the house to help you!
Parents - Please watch and if you have any questions please ask your coaches at training so you can help at home or at the local park (Remember when hockey used to be played on soccer fields?! We can still practise on them!)
Senior players - Brushing up on basics is always crucial. 95% of the time the team with the best basics wins a game of hockey!
