IF YOU INTEND TO USE AN ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER PLEASE CONTACT THE CLUB (via email) PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR CHILD
NEW PLAYERS - This is your 1st Year Playing Hockey or you were not registered previously in 2023 - please select 'REGISTER'
RETURNING PLAYERS - You were Registered in 2023 - please select 'RENEW'
DUAL REGISTERED PLAYERS - If you have already registered for 2024 with a club within another Association, and you intend to register with Blaxland, please select 'RENEW'.
If you have registered for TERM 1 2024 (most likely those playing Indoor), please email the Club and we will upgrade your membership to cover the 2024 season and email you an invoice for payment.
NOTE - If you are not sure then select 'REGISTER' and if your details have been previously recorded the system will recognise your name, date of birth etc and suggest that you 'RENEW YOUR PROFILE'.
As we play in the Nepean Association, it will be your Primary Association for registration purposes.
Please Note - each member must be registered individually and paid separately.
- When registering, please check that you select the correct Hockey NSW registration type (based on age).
- You can choose either of the following 2 options for each age group - paying full season fees; or 1st instalment (with 2nd instalment to be issued later in the season).
COMPULSORY FEES - The compulsory Fees include Hockey Australia, National Insurance levies and Hockey NSW fees. The HNSW fee covers the cost of our Regional Coaching Coordinator (RCC), administering competitions, representative teams and other general administration. In addition, NHA has included its annual affiliation fee.
CLUB FEES - The Club fee represents part of your total fee for 2024 Download 2024 Fees
Seniors - There is a discount of $20.00 (6.5% reduction) if 2024 Season Fees are paid upfront.
Juniors - Refer a friend program - Introduce one or more friends &/or family members to Blaxland Rovers Junior Hockey and you both (existing Junior Member + new Junior Member) will receive half price club fees in 2024.
Conditions
- Offer available to Junior members only (18 and under).
- Eligible Friends & family members must not have been a member of any other Nepean Hockey Association club in 2023.
- Hockey NSW, Hockey Australia, Nepean Hockey and the 1st Instalment of Blaxland Rovers club fees must still be paid.
- Referral discounts will be applied against the 2nd Instalment of club fees in the form of a waiver.
- Subject to final approval by the Committee.
How to claim - Just send us an email (blaxlandrovers@gmail.com) with the details (name of new player and existing Junior Member) for approval by the Committee.
Free stick/shinpads and ball pack for new Junior (U8’s or U11’s) players - Any new U8’s or U11’s player will receive a free stick/shinpads and ball when they register.
For our junior members there is the Option to use the Active Kids Rebate Voucher (see below) which will be deducted from your total. IF YOU INTEND TO USE A VOUCHER PLEASE CONTACT THE CLUB (via email) PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR CHILD
ACTIVE KIDS REBATE - From February 2024, the NSW Government has introduced a new means tested Active Kids Rebate program. Eligible parents, guardians and carers of school-aged children can apply for a new voucher to contribute to the cost of their children’s participation in sport. The voucher can be redeemed towards payment of your Club registration fees for 2024. If you propose to use the Voucher for your child’s Hockey Fees please email the club with the Voucher Number so we can redeem it and provide you with a CODE to activate the $50 voucher discount when you register. You will firstly need to separately register your Child(s) details with Service NSW to obtain a voucher.
Parents/guardians can go online NOW and access the vouchers. You will need to do this through the Service NSW website

Senior Playing Shirts (introduced 2023) - If you are a new senior player or a Junior aged 16 - 18 (as at 01/01/2024) playing in the Senior Men’s and Women’s competition in 2024 and you dont have a Playing Shirt you will need to purchase one which you will keep. Orders can be placed on on the Shop page of the Website SHOP
Training Shirts (2024) - new training shirts for 2024 will be issued at no cost to all members once registrations are completed.
Purchase of Club Uniforms (Socks and Shorts)
If you would like to purchase club socks or playing shorts you must be a registered member. These are available online. Please visit the SHOP to view and place your orders.
