History of the Club
The current club can trace its roots back to the mid 1970s. The club has split and reformed along men’s, women’s and junior lines over the years, following the various incarnations of local associations, organisations and rules. With the creation of the Nepean Hockey Association in 2010, the club formally reconstituted to provide for a number of men’s, women’s and junior teams. Through all the changes the Blaxland Rovers have remained a strong and ever growing community of hockey players and supporters.
